Your partner can see how many apps and categories you've blocked, but not the specific app names. Apple's Screen Time API uses opaque tokens — LockPact cannot access your app names or usage data.
LockPact has built-in bypass detection. If your partner's lock is tampered with, you get a notification. The goal is mutual trust — and knowing your partner will find out is the strongest deterrent there is.
The core product is free — pairing, locking, bypass detection, unlock requests. You'll see a short video when you request an unlock (think of it as a moment to reconsider). You can remove that with a one-time $9.99 purchase. That's it. No subscription.
Yes — for now. LockPact uses Apple's Screen Time API, so both partners need an iPhone. iPad and other platforms are being explored.
Requests don't expire. Your partner will see it the next time they open LockPact or check their notifications. In the meantime, your apps stay locked.
Not yet. LockPact currently supports one partner at a time. Multi-partner mode is something we're exploring.
Apple Screen Time lets you set a passcode. You also know the passcode. LockPact gives the key to your partner — and tells them if you bypass.
Technical Support
Open iPhone Settings → Screen Time → App & Website Activity → Turn On. Then open LockPact — it will detect the restored permission automatically.
LockPact reapplies shields when the app enters the foreground. Open LockPact after a restart and your shields will be restored within seconds.
Go to Settings → Partnership → Dissolve Pact. Both partners' locks will be removed. This cannot be undone — you'd need to pair again with a new invite code.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, partnership, and all associated data. Your partner will be notified.
Try restoring purchases: Settings → Purchases → Restore. If that doesn't work, contact us at support@lockpact.app.
